1. Acceptance

By accessing or using SeedFlows ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SeedFlows is an AI-powered YouTube content creation tool that helps creators research, script, generate audio, assemble video timelines, and publish content to YouTube. The Service is operated by UmbrinCraft, Bern, Switzerland.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to register.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Generate or publish content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or violates any third-party rights.
Violate YouTube's Terms of Service or community guidelines.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise misuse the platform or its APIs.
Upload malicious files or interfere with the Service's infrastructure.

5. YouTube Integration

SeedFlows uses the YouTube Data API to publish videos and manage playlists on your behalf. By connecting your YouTube channel, you authorise SeedFlows to act on your behalf within the permissions you grant via Google OAuth. Your use of YouTube through SeedFlows is also governed by the YouTube Terms of Service and Google's Privacy Policy. You may revoke access at any time via your Google security settings.

6. Intellectual Property

Content you create using the Service (scripts, audio, images, videos) remains yours. You grant SeedFlows a limited licence to store and process your content solely to provide the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content.

SeedFlows, its logo, and all underlying software are the intellectual property of UmbrinCraft and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

7. Subscription & Billing

Certain features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed through Stripe. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods unless required by applicable law.

8. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time with reasonable notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, UmbrinCraft is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of content or revenue.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of material changes by email.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bern, Switzerland.
